Calpe – a villa on its own plot.
The villa is being built on its own 800 m² corner plot in Calpe, with views of the mountains. According to the developer’s area schedule the house has 208 m² of built living space and a 26 m² garage, 234.5 m² in total; the brochure gives 221 m² of usable area. The ground floor holds the open living, dining and kitchen area of about 51 m², a bathroom, a 23 m² covered terrace and the garage; the upper floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two open terraces.
The plot includes a private pool with 32 m² of water surface. According to the brochure the villa is handed over partly furnished. The construction photos from December 2025 show the shell; the year of completion 2025 given in the brochure is therefore out of date, and we will clarify the current status and handover date before any recommendation. The price of €925,000 is taken from the developer’s brochure.
