The apartment is part of Bonalba Green, a resort of 74 units in total (apartments and villas) at Carrer del Vespre 6 bis in Mutxamel (03110, Alicante), near the Bonalba golf course. The resort offers a private social club, a communal pool, a children's playground, leisure areas and generous terraces, some with sea views.
Unit "Bajo C, Block 1" has 117.96 m² of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor.
Our honest assessment: As this is a new-build project under construction (construction progress last documented November 2025), the available images show the overall resort and show homes, not the interior of this specific apartment. Of 74 units, the developer confirms 18 are currently still available, with apartment prices ranging from around €310,500 to €437,000 and villas from €465,000 to €556,000. CASA READY re-checks construction status, payment plan and specification before every recommendation. A confirmed delivery date is not yet available to us.
