La Pinilla – single-storey villas with roof solarium.
The villas are being built in La Pinilla de Fuente Álamo (Region of Murcia), inland on the Costa Cálida and away from coastal tourism. According to the project website there are three single-storey models: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 70 m² of built area (plot 150 m², solarium 60 m²), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 94 m² (plot 200 m², solarium 83 m²), and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 143.5 m² with a garage (plot 300 m², solarium 105 m²). The solarium is on the roof and reached from the terrace.
The visualisations and floor plans show every villa with a pool; CASA READY will confirm whether a pool is part of the standard scope before any recommendation. The developer gives €199,000 as the starting price for the project (net, plus VAT and purchase costs); we do not have prices per model. The project website and the developer’s own site partly differ (for example five models and 88–120 m²); we will clarify this before any recommendation.
