The villa is part of a small complex of seven independent villas in Ciudad Quesada, a quiet area with restaurants, health centres, supermarkets and golf courses. Each villa has its own outdoor area with garden, pool and a large sun terrace. According to the sales team, the golf course is around 3 minutes away, the health centre around 2 minutes, the beach around 10 minutes and Alicante-Elche airport around 35 minutes.
The villa has 196.37 m² of living space (244 m² in total) on a plot of 381.2 m², with four bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a large living-dining area. It also has terraces totalling 47.63 m², a pergola (29 m²), a private pool of 9 × 3.5 m and an 80 m² solarium prepared for an outdoor kitchen, shower or jacuzzi. A private garage and a storage room are included; an optional home-automation system controls the shutters, lighting and temperature.
Our honest assessment: The number of bathrooms is given as 4 on the data sheet and the plan, but as 3 in the property description; the living area is 196.27 m² on the plan and 196.37 m² on the data sheet – we have this confirmed before any reservation. The price excludes taxes; extras are added on top. The images are visualisations. The documents we have do not state a delivery date.
