The villa belongs to a project of detached villas in Lo Marabú, Ciudad Quesada (Alicante province), each on its own plot with private pool, terraces and a roof solarium. There are types with 3 bedrooms on one level, a two-storey type with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a larger model with 4 bedrooms.
According to the price list the price includes: a private pool (chlorine, 6 × 3 m per list, 8 × 3.5 m for the large model) with pre-installation for pool heating, LED lighting in the kitchen and living area, bathrooms with vanity, mirror, shower screen and electric underfloor heating, electric shutters with remote control, white goods, air conditioning (cooling and heating) and, until 31 December 2026, furniture pack, lighting pack and curtains.
