This penthouse belongs to the same gated community in La Mata near Torrevieja as our ground floor selection EB01, around 700 m from the beach on the southern Costa Blanca. Phase 2 of the development is already well advanced in construction – only three penthouses remain here. Phase 3 follows with a larger release and delivery from September 2027.
