Los Montesinos – the larger of the last two villas.

This villa belongs to the same small enclave of 11 detached villas as our selection LA01 in the La Herrada residential area of Los Montesinos, close to the salt lagoons of Torrevieja and La Mata. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a fully finished basement (two further bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and its own security door), this is the larger of the two remaining villas – ideal for bigger families or multi-generational living.

The villa has a private pool (10×5 m) with two colour lights, a waterfall and a bench, plus a 52 m² rooftop terrace with pre-installation for an outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi, an exterior shower and a water point. As a gift, the furniture package, air conditioning, white goods, lighting and curtains are included in the price – simply move in.
