Villamartín – a quiet spot in Costa Blanca South's golf belt.
These eight pool villas sit in a small residential development in Villamartín, one of the best-known golf destinations on the southern Costa Blanca. Four golf courses are within five to fifteen minutes' drive, with a supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy within walking distance. All eight villas share the same layout – around 169 m² over two floors – and differ only in plot shape, pool size and delivery date.
The ground floor opens onto a living area with a stone-clad TV wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the pool terrace, plus an open kitchen with a central island and a dining area overlooking the garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a wood-panelled headboard wall and its own ensuite with double sinks, while two further bedrooms share a second bathroom. A sunroof, or – on selected villas – a basement, is available on request.
