This new-build development in Ciudad Quesada, a popular international residential area near Rojales in the south of the Costa Blanca, comprises 50 detached villas across three base models. This type is the single-storey variant, offered in two nearly identical layouts: 12 villas with a 50 m² rooftop terrace and 5 villas with a 58 m² rooftop terrace, both with the same living area and the same starting price.
