The development is in the Cumbre del Sol resort in Benitatxell (northern Costa Blanca, between Moraira and Jávea) with views towards the sea. According to the developer only two of the 13 units in buildings 10 to 12 are still available; the rest are reserved or the show unit. Travel times per developer: beach 16 minutes, supermarkets 8 minutes, town centre 7 minutes, golf course 18 minutes, airport 1 hour 8 minutes.
According to the building specification the apartments have aerothermal heating, cooling and hot water, underfloor heating, controlled ventilation, high-quality aluminium windows with double glazing and electric blinds in the bedrooms, a wireless alarm with video verification, LED lighting and fitted wardrobes. The communal facilities include two pools with large terraces (the project page also mentions an infinity pool), a club house, a playground and open parking spaces; whether a parking space is included in the price will be clarified before any recommendation. The developer does not state a completion date or construction status. The area on the project page is a total figure (probably including terraces); a split into living and outdoor area is missing, and the catalogue floor plans belong to other apartment types, so we show no floor plan here.
