The villa stands on a 511 m² plot in Ciudad Quesada (Alicante province, southern Costa Blanca). On one level there is a 57.6 m² kitchen-dining-living area, three bedroom suites, a guest toilet and a 32.3 m² covered terrace by the pool; the basement has four multi-purpose rooms (about 100 m² in total, can be fitted out as further bedrooms, office or living space), a bathroom, laundry room and a courtyard. According to the developer, delivery is in March 2027, after the villa returned to the market; the 9×3 m pool is included in the price.

The photos show the earlier show house (high-quality kitchen with island, natural-stone bathrooms, pergola terrace with pool).
