The home is in a new-build development of 24 bungalow-style apartments in Pilar de la Horadada (Alicante province, southern Costa Blanca): three blocks of eight homes around a communal pool, in modern architecture with a curved facade. Every home comes with a parking space with a pre-installation for electric vehicle charging. The developer gives no distances to the beach, services or airport.
According to the developer: smart-home control (blinds, lighting, video intercom, locks via smartphone), ducted multi-zone air conditioning, aerothermal hot water, electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms, fitted kitchen with appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood, hob), two bathrooms with wall-hung WC and glass shower screens, and anthracite PVC windows with electric shutters. Living area 60.00 m², balcony 5.60 m², private solarium 54.00 m² (total 119.60 m²).
