Apartment no. 7 is on the ground floor of a new development of 16 apartments in total, with a communal pool and bike storage, on Calle San Isidro in Pilar de la Horadada, Costa Blanca South. The development is currently under construction, with completion expected in May 2027 per the developer's price list.
The apartment has 75.00 m² of living space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus two terraces of 30.05 m² and 22.10 m² (no solarium for this unit). Included in the price are LED lighting in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, downlights in the bathrooms, kitchen appliances, a washing machine, underfloor heating in both bathrooms and air conditioning.
Our honest assessment: The developer's folder name ("Key Ready") refers to the name of the payment plan, not the construction status – per the price list, the development is not yet complete. All images available to us are developer visualisations, not photos of the finished building. Per the price list, only this one unit (no. 7) is currently available. CASA READY reconfirms construction progress, payment plan and availability before every recommendation. We do not currently have reliable figures for driving times to the beach, airport and golf course – we will add these once verified.
