The apartment is on the ground floor of a new, small development of 16 apartments in total with a communal pool, on Calle Severo Ochoa in Pilar de la Horadada, Costa Blanca South, near Torrevieja. The development is currently under construction, with completion expected in March 2028.
The apartment has 84.56 m² of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus two terrace areas of 31 m² and 9.30 m². Included in the price are LED lighting in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, downlights in the bathrooms, kitchen appliances, a washing machine, underfloor heating in both bathrooms and air conditioning. In the patio there is an aluminium cabinet (180 cm wide) for the aerothermal unit and washing machine.
Our honest assessment: As this is a new-build project under construction, all images available to us are developer visualisations, not photos of the finished building. CASA READY reconfirms construction progress, payment plan and specification before every recommendation. We do not currently have reliable figures for driving times to the beach, airport and golf course – we will add these once verified.
