The apartment is on the top floor of a new, small development of 16 apartments in total with a communal pool, on Calle Severo Ochoa in Pilar de la Horadada, Costa Blanca South, near Torrevieja. The development is currently under construction, with completion expected in March 2028.
The apartment has 80.43 m² of living space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a terrace of 15.35 m², and a generous private solarium of 65.40 m². The solarium already comes fitted with an enclosed outdoor kitchen, a guest toilet, a pergola, artificial turf, lighting and a standard shower. Also included in the price are LED lighting in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, downlights in the bathrooms, kitchen appliances, a washing machine, underfloor heating in both bathrooms and air conditioning. Aluminium doors under the stairs (180 cm wide) house the aerothermal unit and washing machine, with a bicycle storage room included.
