Muchamiel – Townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 27.5 m² terrace and 8.9 m² garden.

The house is in a new-build development of 56 townhouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms in Muchamiel (Mutxamel, Alicante province), in the L’Alluser district, a quiet residential area close to schools, supermarkets and sports facilities. According to the developer, the good access to the main roads connects quickly with Alicante, the rest of the Costa Blanca and Alicante-Elche airport; the beaches of Muchavista and San Juan are a few minutes away. The development has a communal pool, a gym and a social club; every house has two parking spaces in the underground garage.

Three-level townhouse: ground floor with living/dining area, kitchen, guest toilet and terraces, upper floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, semi-basement with a garage for two cars and a basement room. The useful area covers the whole house including garage and basement (living levels: approx. 111–119 m²). A specification (memoria de calidades) is held by the developer; according to the developer the plans are not contractual and may change due to licence requirements and the site management. Total useful area 151,48 m² (ground floor 71,43 m², upper floor 45,90 m², semi-basement with garage 34,15 m²), terraces 27,49 m², garden 8,90 m². Payment plan according to the developer: €10,000 (VAT included) on signing the reservation agreement, 30 % of the price plus VAT on signing the purchase contract by the end of March 2027 (less the €10,000), 70 % plus VAT on handover of the keys at the notary; an insurance policy covers the amounts paid. Works begin in January/February 2027; the buyer arranges bank financing. The price is net, plus VAT. Price €440,000 net according to the developer’s price list of 02.11.2026, plus IVA.
