San Pedro del Pinatar – compact holiday apartment in a new development.
Unit 2B is located in the new-build development Playamar Turistic, with 12 holiday apartments in total, a communal pool and individual storage rooms, on Avenida de las Palmas in San Pedro del Pinatar, Costa Cálida/Murcia. The development is currently under construction, with completion expected in November 2027 per the developer's price list.
The apartment (Type B) has 51.57 m² of living space with one bedroom and one bathroom, plus a terrace/porch of 8.95 m². Included in the price are LED lighting in the living room, kitchen and bedroom, downlights in the bathroom, kitchen appliances, a washing machine, air conditioning, an electric towel warmer in the bathroom, and an individual storage room.
Our honest assessment: As this is a new-build project under construction, all images available to us are developer visualisations, not photos of the finished building. An accessibility-adapted variant (unit 1B) also exists but is priced differently and is not part of this selection. CASA READY reconfirms construction progress, payment plan and specification before every recommendation. We do not currently have reliable figures for driving times to the beach, airport and old town – we will add these once verified.
