The apartment is being built in a new development of 38 apartments in two buildings in the El Valle Golf Resort near Murcia. According to the developer’s price list (as of 29 September 2026) the apartments have 83.30 to 112.42 m² of built area, two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms; each apartment comes with a garage parking space and a storage room. This type: private garden or terrace of 23 to 137 m².
Prices range from €299,000 to €490,000 (two bedrooms from €299,000, three bedrooms €385,000–490,000). Parking space and storage room are included in the price. The development has a communal pool, a fitness area, landscaped gardens and a resort with access control; the golf course (designed by Jack Nicklaus according to the developer) and the clubhouse are inside the resort. According to the developer, Murcia city centre is about 15 minutes away and the Mar Menor beaches under 25 minutes. Delivery: Q2 2028. Prices are net, plus 10% VAT and stamp duty (AJD).
