Thiar Village VI is a new development in Pilar de la Horadada with ground-floor, first-floor and penthouse apartments around a communal pool, plus a communal gym on site. This first-floor unit no. 42 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an 11.49 m² terrace overlooking the development – no private garden, but a bit quieter and more private than the ground floor.
The open living/dining area with kitchen measures 23.71 m², plus two bedrooms (10.96 m² and 6.64 m²), two bathrooms (3.25 m² and 3.20 m²) and a small hallway (2.92 m²). Completion is scheduled by the developer for 31 May 2028.
Our honest assessment: The outdoor areas (pool, green spaces) shown are visualisations; the gym photos, however, are real photos of an already-built neighbouring development by the same developer, since the gym in Thiar Village VI is being replicated identically. Furniture and decoration in the renders are examples only and not included in the price.
