Thiar Village VI is a new development in Pilar de la Horadada with ground-floor, first-floor and penthouse apartments around a communal pool, plus a communal gym on site. This penthouse unit no. 72 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace of 9.72 m² and its own, exclusively accessible solarium of 62.11 m² reached via a small stair turret (10.63 m²) – with room for lounge furniture and unobstructed panoramic views.
The open living/dining area with kitchen measures 23.33 m², plus two bedrooms (10.96 m² and 6.64 m²) and two bathrooms (3.25 m² and 3.20 m²). Completion is scheduled by the developer for 31 May 2028.
Our honest assessment: The solarium is shell/carcass area per the plan; a possible pool installation, shading or furnishing is not included in the price and would need to be discussed separately with the developer. The outdoor areas (pool, green spaces) shown are visualisations; the gym photos are real photos of an already-built neighbouring development by the same developer, since the gym in Thiar Village VI is being replicated identically.
