The upper-floor apartment has 68.2 m² built area (61.4 m² usable), two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open kitchen-living room with island opening onto the sunny terrace; air conditioning is pre-installed, there is no pool and no solarium.

Specification per the quality description: wall tiles, kitchen with worktop, bathrooms with shower, vanity unit with mirror and taps, non-slip porcelain outdoor flooring, thermally broken aluminium windows with double glazing, hot water by aerothermal system, motorised blinds in the bedrooms, white interior doors and built-in wardrobes.
