The development is in Los Alcázares (Region of Murcia, Costa Cálida), about 300 m from the Mar Menor and right on the golf course; all units face the sunset and the golf course. According to the developer there are over 1,200 m² of communal areas with a 132 m² pool, 50 parking spaces with integrated storage rooms, 46 apartments and 8 villas; two airports are within one hour.
According to the price list the price includes electric blinds in the bedrooms, electric hob and extractor hood in the kitchen, fully finished bathrooms and indoor and outdoor lighting. For a surcharge there is the fully equipped version with furniture pack, automatic blinds on all windows, air conditioning and kitchen appliances. Living area 113.40 m², solarium 46.50 m², plot 450 m², private pool 21 m²; one parking space and one storage room are assigned. Fully equipped version: €609,800.
