Xeresa – sea views, large terraces and resort facilities.
The two new blocks 19 and 20 continue the design of the first phase: all apartments face the sea. Kitchen and living area are open plan so that views and ventilation run through the whole apartment. Ten apartments with one or two bedrooms are currently available, ranging from 66 to 113 m² including terrace.
The resort has three pools, a social club and a gym; the new phase adds another pool, garden areas with sun loungers and parasols and a children's playground. The specification includes air conditioning, aerothermal hot water, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge. The apartments are inland from Gandía; Valencia airport is about 78 km away.
Our honest assessment: This development is in the province of Valencia (Xeresa near Gandía) and therefore north of the Costa Blanca. The starting price of €198,000 applies, according to the developer, to apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms; prices of the individual apartments are not published and are plus VAT. The number of bathrooms, the completion date and construction progress are not yet confirmed, and the images are visualisations. We clarify this before any recommendation.

Xeresa lies in the province of Valencia inland from Gandía, not far from the coast. We will give distances to the beach and town centre once the location is confirmed.
