Before buying a property in Spain, we recommend that all our clients spend a few days there first. For example in our holiday apartment in Gran Alacant – with a large sea-view terrace and one of the finest natural beaches on the Costa Blanca within walking distance.
The idea
Listings, photos and videos show a great deal – but not how a morning on the terrace feels, how long the walk to the beach really is, or where to go for dinner. That is exactly what a trial stay reveals.
Light, sea, climate and the pace of the region – over a few relaxed days rather than a tightly scheduled viewing trip.
Shopping, restaurants, distances and neighbourhood: experience what daily life here really feels like.

The terrace
The large terrace is the heart of the apartment: lounge sofa, sun loungers, parasol and an outdoor dining table. Here the day begins with a sea view – and ends with the sunset over the bay.
Living & cooking
The open-plan living and dining area leads straight onto the terrace. A large corner sofa and the 75″ TV invite you to cosy evenings, and there is room for everyone at the round glass table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped – from the oven to the knife block.
Sleeping, bathing & working
The master bedroom with a double bed opens directly onto the terrace; the second bedroom with two single beds is ideal for children or friends. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and illuminated mirrors ensure comfort – even for four.
The master bedroom features a height-adjustable desk with an ultra-wide monitor and an ergonomic office chair – ideal for freelancers and remote workers, or for anyone who wants to check their emails now and then on holiday without sacrificing comfort.
Pool & grounds
The well-kept residential complex with gardens and a communal pool lies in a quiet part of Gran Alacant – just a short walk from the dunes and the sea.
The beach
A wooden boardwalk leads through the protected dunes straight to the fine sandy beach of El Carabassí – with clear water and plenty of space to breathe.
Right on the beach, the beach bar awaits – for a cold beer in the midday sun or a glass of red wine at a romantic sunset.
Everything nearby
Within a five-minute walk you will find numerous restaurants – Italian, Indian and Chinese – as well as a small supermarket for quick errands, such as fresh bread rolls in the morning. By car, a shopping centre with Lidl, Mercadona, Rossmann and a wide choice of restaurants is only 5–7 minutes away.
